“What is up with this site?” Well, I’ll tell you. If I were to limit this site to one focus, I would have to have dozens of websites. So here it is…all of my mind’s musings and projects.

My mom taught me to sew at age 8. My grandma taught me how to cross stitch and crochet around that age. If I see a craft and like it, I will learn how to make it. Along with the previously mentioned crafts, I paint, bead, macrame, make string art, and quilt. 

Over the years, I have developed a love for all things vintage and retro. I collect head vases, vintage pinup prints, vintage paintings and art,  kitschy things, doodads, doohickies, and what-have-yous. I have some cool ideas for displaying and restoring vintage pieces and would like to share my collections. 

Our home is a safe place for all! We are woke, welcoming, and fierce allies to the LGBTQ+ community. We believe black lives matter and trans folk deserve gender affirming healthcare and to use the bathroom of their gender identity. If you don’t agree with all of this, then get the fuck off my site.
